Revenues of the Budget include:
- Taxes
- Tariffs have been separated into import duties and export duties.
- Diplomatic revenues include subject payments and reparations.
Expenditures of the Budget include:
- Military upkeep is money spent on supplies for the military units of the country. 100% spending is limited to full supply of every single unit.
- Bureaucracy in capital and local administrations. Bureaucracy budget has a priority over every other budget to avoid tax reduction spiral. Spending is set as a % of the (income+treasury) of the country.
- Public Education of your pops. Spending is set as a % of the (income+treasury of the country).
- Public Works pours money to your capitalists and aristocrats. It helps them fulfill their needs and invest into projects faster. Spending is set as a % of the (income+treasury of the country).
- Overseas maintenance helps reduce militancy overseas. 50% has no effect, 100% reduces militancy and 0% spending greatly increases militancy in colonial provinces. 100% spending is limited to full reduction kf the military.
- Debt Service refers to the Interest Payments. To allow nation to go into debt a checkmark to the right has to be placed.
- National Stockpiles is the amount of money spent on purchases for the national stockpile.
